41. A dispute means any disagreement concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement, including any disagreement concerning a claim for fees for a service not included in the tariff or an application for special consideration, and any disagreement concerning a statement of fees or expenses submitted pursuant to the Regulation respecting the report relating to the services rendered by certain advocates and notaries (chapter A-14, r. 8).
A dispute must be submitted within 6 months after receipt of the notice referred to in section 8 of that Regulation.
